Josh Reynolds
Founder, Director, acting CEO, CTO, Cognitive Officer
Over 30 years experience in cognitive research and brain health. Josh is a seasoned innovator whose track record spans stress management, biofeedback devices, nutritional supplements, and brain health/fitness programs.

He pioneered the original patented and clinically validated Cognometer and ThinkFast technologies, products and platform that now serve as the basis for CogTech's development effort to migrate the millisecond-timing code and algorithms from PC to mobile platforms.

Reynolds was awarded nearly two dozen patents in cognitive assessment and enhancement technology and brain nutrition. Six of his cognitive-enhancement supplements underwent clinical studies subsequently published in peer-reviewed journals.
Ronald Kraft, PhD
Chief Business Dev. Officer
An innovative and strategic executive with a proven record in entrepreneurial ventures, Dr. Kraft brings decades of leadership experience across healthcare, education, and emerging technologies.
As a former CEO and college president, he is known for advancing operational excellence, integrating AI-driven solutions, andf fostering sustainable growth in mission driven organizations.
At CogTech Labs, Dr. Kraft will guide strategic development and operational execution to position the CogTrax platform as a leader in cognitive health innovation. His work focuses on aligning vision with scalable systems, accelerating product delivery, and building high-impact partnerships during this pivotal phase of expansion.
Christa Martin
Chief Marketing Officer
A Top 10 ICON Marketing Award Winner, former VP of Product Marketing for The UPS Store, and currently a Partner/Fractional CMO at Chief Outsiders, the largest fractional CMO consultancy in the U.S. She has launched and managed numerous startups, raising millions in seed funding, and has served as both CMO and CFO.
Christa holds certificates from MIT’s AI Program and Harvard Business School’s Executive Education Program. She is developing CogTech’s marketing strategy, launch plan, and growth initiatives for its CogWare app family of products, and services.
Marcela Dominguez, M.D.
Medical Director
A board-certified family medicine concierge physician at UC Irvine Medical Center, specializing in integrative and functional medicine.
Upon realizing CogTech’s potential to
detect early cognitive decline and guide preventive measures, she is pursuing university grant funding for pilot studies using CogTech’s assessments. Subjects will be administered a holistic brain health program, encompassing nutrition, stress management, and CogTech’s proprietary brain-speed exercises. Positive results will help support CogTech’s entry into healthcare.

Clinical neuropsychologist and Director of Neuropsychology at the Neurology and Traumatic Brain Injury (NTBIC) & Stroke Clinic, as well as Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Neurology at The UCI School of Medicine. He developed an online cognitive assessment program accepted for publication in the Journal of Neuropsychology and has also published on iPad-based neurocognitive testing in The American Surgeon.
